Dangers of EMF's - Protect Yourself 02/10/2012
__EMF's or Electro-Magnetic Frequencies are the energy transmission frequencies found in power lines, Cell Phones, all wireless devices, home wiring, airport and military radar, substations, transformers, computers and appliances. "In his autobiography Going Somewhere Andrew Marino PhD., J.D. recounts this contentious 40-year history from the intimate perspective of a key participant, concluding that EMFs, which invariably cause changes in brain waves, can ultimately affect the immune system and lead to a wide variety of disease states." When I do my clearing work with clients, EMF's almost always come up as a problem that needs to be cleared. When I clear the energy in homes, again I find EMF's are everywhere often leading to problems with sleep, eating, moods and behaviors especially in young children who are so susceptible. So I'm excited to tell you about GIA Wellness. They have a unique technology that helps protect you and your family from these dangerous EMF's. My favorite product is a plug-in EMF disruptor called the Harmonizer. It nutralizes EMF's in a 60 sq.ft. area from computers, wiring, cell phones, wireless land line phones, microwaves, etc. People report

My joy comes from helping you face tomorrow feeling better, happier and more excited than today. How do I do that? I'm basically a guide. With many years of study, teaching and coaching on creating health and wealth, I am ready to serve and guide you as you work toward your own health and prosperity goals. A good place to start is by clearing out trapped emotions from this past stressful year and every year before that. We know that emotions are simply an intense energy form that can get trapped in our bodies. When trapped, this emotional energy can block natural, healthy energy flow and can attract injury or disease. I can guide you to releasing that trapped negative energy so your body, mind and spirit can be lighter and more at ease. What a great way to say goodbye to last year and start the new year fresh. One more thing - I would very much like to assist combat veterans in this emotional release and offer my services free of charge for them. Please share this information with any vets you know. Distance is not a factor. If you'd like to know more visit the Energy Clearing page on this blog then contact me so we can get started. Be well always Mary Tips for Losing Weight 01/20/2012
_It can be a bit challenging If you have your "danger foods" in the house. I know the food gurus all say that there really is no "bad food"; however, I know that there are certain foods that draw me like a magnet if I'm tired or depressed or angry or bored or..... (fill in the blank). The ONLY WAY that I can lose weight is to * get those foods out of the house * keep them out and * find something healthy, delicious and easy to grab when I'm in a mood. Then and only then will I be able to change my habits, end my cravings and lose that weight. What are your "danger foods"? Usually it's something sweet or salty or both. So what are some substitute foods to get you started on the right path? Here are just a few suggestions. I'd love to hear from you if you've found some "happy" foods that work for you. Sweet substitutes: Dried Coconut chunks Chocolate candy made with stevia and coconut oil instead of sugar and butter (make your own and add nuts or dried fruit) Dried fruit bits mixed with nuts (careful - don't eat too much) Sticks of Jicama dipped in lime juice Salty substitutes: Nuts (raw is best but if that doesn't do it for you, lightly roast your own with a little coconut oil and salt) Peanut butter on celery, cucumber or peppers Popcorn airpopped and drizzled with coconut oil & a little salt Both: Home made granola made with raw seeds, nuts, dried fruit, coconut flakes, raw oats, flax seed, chia seeds etc. Drizzle with maple syrup and coconut oil. Add some salt and cinnamon then roast for just a few minutes on a cookie sheet. Let cool and store in tins. It's great plain or on unsweetend yogurt. Remember - the key is getting your "danger foods" out of the house and keeping them out of your grocery cart. Then keep the makings for good "happy foods" in the pantry. Good luck and let me know how you do. Be well always ~ Mary | Mary Crawford
