I may be taking you someplace new with the idea that energy can be trapped in your body, or you may already have great experience with energy clearing. Which ever it is, welcome. I'm glad you found me. My joy comes from helping you uncover the joyful person you were meant to be.
So how does this work?
Simply put, energy knows no limits, and energy is driven by intention. Everything we see, touch and feel is a form of energy - is formed of energy. For instance, the table that your computer is resting on is actually comprised of energy at the cellular level. Your body is pure energy. The air we breathe is energy. Most exciting of all - our thoughts are actually forms of energy driven by our intention. Wow! Think of the possibilities.
You may be thinking, "this is just too weird," and that's OK. The wonderful part of what I do is that you don't have to understand or even completely believe all of this energy stuff. Just believe that it could be possible and allow the process to unfold.
What might you experience?
Many people experience a feeling of emotional release as trapped emotions are discovered and removed. Often they will feel aches and pains diminish or even disappear. Dr. Bradley Nelson discovered that trapped emotions often gather around the heart forming a literal "heart wall" that can block you from giving and receiving love freely. As these emotions are removed, people find that the future looks brighter. Relationships often improve and business becomes more successful.
Physical energies can also be trapped - for example, the energy of a broken leg when you were six may linger long after the bones have healed. This can attract further injuries to the same leg. This energy can be cleared. The energy of disease can also be cleared.

This is not a hands-on therapy, and you encouraged to have cup or tea or glass of water nearby and to find a comfortable place to sit as we work together.

I hadn't ever heard of the emotion code idea. I have had big issues with my feet over the last 5 or so years with pain when I walk much that would vary from little to horrible. Details about your Energy Clearing Session:
- Your first session will last approximately 1 hour
- This is energy work so you are seated beside me during the clearing
- I can work with you in person or over the phone
- Follow-up sessions usually last from 15 minutes to an hour
- I also work with animals - ask me for details on this
- Some people experience mild fatigue after a session and I recommend either a nap or extra sleep that night as your body processes the emotions that have been released
